Leticia “Tish” Maskell is a litigator practicing across a broad range of fields, including intellectual property, business litigation, and cannabis law.
In law school Tish served on the editorial board of the Lewis & Clark Law Review, was secretary of the Native American Law Student Association, and served as co-president of the Entertainment & Media Law Society. Before joining Emerge as a law clerk, Tish worked with Oregon Public Broadcasting and the Western Resource Legal Center, where she worked on matters involving copyright, media law, and land use.
Prior to law school, Tish held positions in the arts and in research administration. This multidisciplinary background informs all aspects of her practice. Tish is committed to using the law as a tool for equity, access, and sustainable change, and is particularly passionate about helping creators and makers to produce, promote, and profit from their work.
In her free time, you’ll find Tish with her partner enjoying movies, books, concerts, crafts, playtime with her pup, and diligently sampling as many food carts as possible.
