Emerge’s craft beverage team has more than a decade of experience in the craft beverage industry, effectively representing a broad variety of clients, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers, with everything from corporate work, to regulatory compliance, to real estate transactions.

Beyond our corporate and real estate services, Emerge also assists clients with complicated license and permit applications, and regulatory compliance with state agencies, including the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC), the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB), and the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), and the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).

Emerge currently represents numerous Portland- and Oregon-based breweries and wineries. Emerge also curates the Craft Beverage Industry Group (C-BIG), a networking group that hosts industry-specific events to educate, grow, and sustain the craft beverage industry in the Pacific Northwest.
