OLCC passed the cannabis retailer tax compliance rule today (June 15, 2023) described in our previous posts (Post 1; Post 2) and will take effect tomorrow (June 16, 2023). OLCC also published an FAQ covering the rule’s requirements, which we recommend all retailer licensees carefully review.
Commission Chair Revoal also indicated today that the rule may be expanded in the future to cover more OLCC cannabis license types.
