We will take a deep dive into the land use issues that psilocybin manufacturers and service center operators will face when attempting to secure real property for their businesses. The event will feature Emerge Law Group land use attorney Corinne Celko and include special guest speaker Rob Bovett, Senior Assistant County Counsel, Washington County, Oregon. Dave Kopilak, primary drafter of Oregon Measure 109, will also participate. As always, we will provide ample time for an extended Q&A session with attendees.
Virtual Event Series
Mark your calendars because the virtual event series will recur on the last Thursday of every month in 2022 and will cover a variety of interesting topics related to the implementation of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act in real time.
The series is FREE and open to anyone interested in learning more about the Act. We look forward to seeing you there!
