We will take a deep dive into the entity organization issues that manufacturers, service center operators, and facilitators will face when forming their businesses. Topics will include entity structures, Internal Revenue Code Section 280E, and the residency requirements imposed by the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act. The event will feature business law attorney Dave Kopilak, primary drafter of Oregon Measure 109, include other Emerge Law Group attorneys, and may include one or more guest speakers. As always, we will provide ample time for an extended Q&A session with attendees.

Mark your calendars because the virtual event series will recur on the last Thursday of every month in 2022 and will cover a variety of interesting topics related to the implementation of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act in real time.
The series is FREE and open to anyone interested in learning more about the Act. We look forward to seeing you there!
