On January 1, 2024, new and updated rules governing the Oregon Psilocybin Services program became effective. In this webinar, we will summarize the main updates to the OHA’s rules and provide our own thoughts on how these updates may impact psilocybin licensees. We will also broadly discuss some of the major trends and issues we see psilocybin licensees encountering in Oregon. We are eager to hear from attendees about their experience navigating the Oregon Psilocybin Services program during the 14 months since its inception.
This event will feature Dave Kopilak, Sean Clancy, Alex Berger, and Kaci Hohmann from our Psychedelics Practice Group. As always, we will provide ample time for Q&A with attendees.
