CREDITORS’ RIGHTS AND BANKRUPTCY
The attorneys in Emerge Law Group’s Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy practice group are experienced in a wide variety of insolvency-related matters. We have represented trustees, receivers, lenders, trade creditors, creditors’ committees, equity holders and other parties in interest in bankruptcy and state courts throughout Oregon and Washington.
Among others, we represent:
- Lenders and other creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, including adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, as well as in state court receiverships
- Trustees and receivers in the administration of the estate, including litigation on behalf of the estate in federal and state court
- Equity holders, partners or other parties in interest who are filing claims and/or litigating with the debtor or the estate
- Borrowers, lenders, and guarantors in the restructuring and workout of distressed assets and loans
